Zeno travel features
Here’s all you can do with Zeno to make every step of business travel booking easier.
Traveler experience
Zeno recommends options that fit a traveler's preferences and that are in line with corporate travel policy.
Travelers can select additional items including baggage, meals, and free and prepaid seats, where supported by the airline.
Hotel or rental car reservations can be added to existing bookings, without needing to create a new booking each time.
Travelers can easily share itineraries with colleagues or personal contacts by email.
Draft travel bookings can be saved and retrieved for completion later.
Once a booking is completed, an email is sent to the traveler so they can sync the itinerary with their calendar.
Travelers can search and book trips from the Zeno mobile app, view itineraries, and receive check-in reminders, prompts to leave for the airport, cancellation notices, gate changes and more.
Travel bookers or arrangers can book on behalf of other travelers – including external guests. A single booking can be made for up to 9 travelers on the same itinerary, with smart allocation to rooms and cars if needed.
Zeno lets travel arrangers book on behalf of non-employees such as contractors or external partners, without having to create a permanent traveler profile.
Travel management
Business rules can be automatically applied to filter search results in line with company travel policy.
Zeno prevents duplication when an existing booking overlaps with a new booking’s search criteria.
Travelers can change individual itinerary elements before or after tickets are issued.
Changes are subject to supplier and fare conditions and are only available through a travel management company.
Travelers can cancel individual trip elements.
Cancellations are subject to supplier and fare conditions and are only available through a travel management company.
If travel plans need to be canceled or rescheduled, Zeno stores the canceled flight purchases as unused ticket credits. These credits are then automatically applied to future bookings in expiry date order.
Changes and cancellations are not available in all regions and are subject to supplier and fare conditions.
Any business rules across the entire travel program can be applied to each booking, and travelers can be asked for an explanation if they book outside of policy.
Zeno calculates and presents the potential savings from the cheapest available option. This option is highlighted to both travelers and approvers, and travelers are prompted to select it.
Your corporate negotiated rates appear in Zeno where travelers can compare them against other supplier rates and get the best rate of the day on every search.

Configuration and access
Zeno dynamically imports data from supported enterprise systems to configure profiles and cost center information. For example, employee data from an HR system is automatically imported to create a traveler profile.
Itinerary and trip cost details can be exported to supported third party systems like Excel, or to procurement, finance and expense platforms.
Configure Zeno to your corporate structure to capture travel costs and automatically apply them to appropriate cost centers.
Zeno supports multiple SSO platforms to verify access and give users a seamless and secure login experience.
Booking request details can be imported from supported third party systems, such as a procurement system, without having to re-enter data.
One login screen gives users access to Zeno's travel and expense functionality.
Zeno’s interface theme can be customized to reflect corporate branding.
