Easily track travelers
The Zeno dashboard lets managers visually track travelers’ current and upcoming trips and see TravelSafe destination ratings to support duty of care. Existing and draft bookings can be quickly updated or canceled in this one stop shop.
Multiple approvers can be set up in Zeno to make sure the right people are informed depending on the traveler and trip type. And travelers can add and manage their own approvers so if a manager is out of town or on leave, approval can still happen easily.
Set up multiple ways to pay
Different payment options, including multiple credit cards, can be set up to pay for different elements of an itinerary. For example, one card could be used for flights and another for hotel payments. Zeno also supports virtual cards – a digital copy of a physical credit or debit card that's stored on a traveler’s mobile device.
