The following configuration options are available are now available for policy breach alerts:
Policy alert visible to claimant (Yes/No):
This is a master setting which activates/deactivates this feature company-wide (including site packs).
Policy alert on submit warning (Yes/No):
After clicking submit, claimants will receive a warning stating policies have been breached and will be asked if they want to proceed.
Alert for duplicate item within a single claimant’s expenses (Yes/No):
Generates an alert if the claimant has another item with the same gross & expense date and at least one of the items is a cash item.
Alert for duplicate item within multiple claimants’ expenses (Yes/No):
Generates an alert if different claimants have an item with the same gross & expense date and at least one of these items is a cash item.
The functionality enabling policy breach alerts for claimants is disabled by default. If you would like to activate any of the configuration options, please contact our Expense Support team with your preferred settings.
