ZS Associates will be first LUXE client to roll out Zeno in North America
Today we announced the signing of LUXE Travel Management, a Frosch Company, as a Zeno reseller partner for North America. Consulting and professional services firm ZS Associates will be the first LUXE client to roll out Zeno in North America.
ZS Associates meetings and travel manager Suzanne Boyan, winner of the 2019 BTN Travel Manager of the Year Award, said the firm chose to make the switch to Zeno after working with ZS Associates’ internal user experience consulting practice to evaluate several corporate booking tools.
“Everyone who participated in the testing absolutely loved Zeno compared to the other tools on the market,” Boyan said. “We also found that Zeno was the platform that was most ready to handle New Distribution Capability (NDC) content. That was important because we all have to prepare for NDC and prepare our travelers for it, too.”
LUXE Travel Management and ZS Associates worked with the Zeno team, leveraging the Zeno Labs program, an experiential design approach that allowed approximately 100 actual users from ZS Associates and LUXE to provide in-depth feedback on tool functionality and user experience through regular live walk-throughs.

The reseller agreement is part of Serko’s TMC Community Program, which provides unique benefits to agencies that sign reseller agreements for Zeno, Serko’s next-generation travel booking and expense management tool, in 2020. The Community Program is designed to provide TMCs a competitive leg up against online travel and expense disruptors through accelerated onboarding, deferred implementation fees and zero minimums until 2021, as well as significant referral commissions for Zeno Expense.
