PicoMedia Framework™ delivers the next generation of call management for embedded devices. The framework provides carrier defined IMS protocols (3GPP standards) for packet-based voice and multimedia. Full Class 5 voice call management is supported. Advanced capabilities support user presence, multimedia call setup, peer-to-peer sharing and location based services. A "plug-able" service interface enables developers to rapidly deploy new applications. The framework provides 3GPP Release 6 services that have been field tested in provider labs and the IMS Forum Plugfest.
